Reporting a rate that looks wrong

This is the most valuable thing you can send us, and we treat it first. A toll figure we have wrong is a figure someone budgets around, so please include:

  • The expressway — NLEX, SLEX, CALAX and so on.
  • Your entry and exit — the plaza names as they appear on the signs.
  • Your vehicle class — Class 1, 2 or 3, or just describe the vehicle.
  • What you were actually charged, and roughly when.
  • Where you saw it, if you can — a receipt, the RFID app, or the plaza display.

We check it against the operator’s published matrix. If we are wrong we fix it and record the change in the rate-change log. If the published rate matches what we show, we will tell you that too, along with the likely reason for the difference — the disclaimer lists the usual causes.

Things we genuinely cannot help with

We are an independent reference site, not a toll operator and not an RFID provider. We have no access to any account, so for these you will get a faster answer going straight to the source:

  • Checking or topping up an RFID balance — Easytrip or Autosweep, depending on which tag you hold.
  • A disputed charge, a double charge, or a refund — the operator of that expressway.
  • A tag that will not read, or a lost or damaged sticker — your RFID provider.
  • Account problems, unpaid toll notices, or penalties — the operator or provider that issued them.
  • Vehicle reclassification — class is assessed at the plaza, and only the operator can change it.

If you are not sure who runs a road, its expressway page names the operator and the RFID system it uses.

Which category to choose

  • Toll rate correction — a fare that does not match the plaza.
  • Missing route or exit — a plaza or an entry-and-exit pair we do not list. Tell us the pair and we will look for the published fare.
  • Technical problem — something broken. Your device and browser help enormously here.
  • Feature suggestion — a road, a tool or a guide you want. Several things on this site started as one of these.
  • Business or partnership — embedding the calculator at scale, data access, advertising, or press.
  • General enquiry — anything else.

What happens to your message

Your name, email address, message, IP address and browser are stored so we can reply and keep spam out. We do not add you to a mailing list — there isn’t one — and we do not pass anything to advertisers. The privacy policy sets it out in full, including how to have it deleted.

We will never ask you for an RFID account number, a card number, a PIN or a password, by email or any other way. If a message claiming to be from us asks for any of those, it is not from us.

Send us a message

We reply within 1–2 business days. We never ask for RFID account numbers, card details or passwords.

Prefer email? info@tollcalculator.ph. The form reaches us faster because it tags the subject for us.
