Toll rates in the Philippines change several times a year, and once a new matrix is published the old one usually disappears. This page is a permanent, dated record: what changed, when it took effect, and which official document says so.
Journalists and researchers are welcome to cite or quote any figure here. Every entry links the Toll Regulatory Board or operator source it was checked against, and the before/after fares are values we held on those dates — never estimates or back-calculations.
