The fee charged at the toll plaza always prevails. Everything on this site is reference information for planning a trip. If the plaza charges something different, the plaza is right.
We are independent
Toll Calculator Philippines is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Toll Regulatory Board, NLEX Corporation, San Miguel Corporation or SMC Tollways, Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation, Easytrip Services Corporation, Autosweep RFID, or any other toll operator or government agency. None of them reviews or approves this site. Their names appear here only to identify the roads and systems being described.
Why a figure here might differ from the plaza
We publish what the operators publish, so a mismatch usually has a specific cause rather than being a mistake:
- A rate change has just taken effect. Adjustments are approved by the TRB and take effect on a set date. Each expressway on the about page shows when we last checked it, and every change we record is dated in the rate-change record.
- Your vehicle was classed differently. Class is assessed at the plaza from your vehicle’s height, axles and use. We cannot class your vehicle for you — the calculator prices whichever class you pick.
- A discount, promo or exemption applied. We publish standard published rates, not operator promotions or concessionary schemes.
- The trip crossed roads that are tolled separately. Some journeys have no single published through-fare; the tolls stack. We show the legs separately and say so rather than adding them up and calling it one fare.
Where there is no published rate, we say so
If an entry-and-exit pair has no published fare, this site tells you that. It does not estimate one from distance and it does not substitute the nearest one. A gap shown honestly is more useful than a number that looks authoritative and is invented.
Estimates are labelled as estimates
Toll figures are published rates. Fuel figures are not. The fuel calculator works from the distance, efficiency and pump price you enter, because those vary by vehicle, driving style, traffic and the day. Distances quoted anywhere on this site are approximate planning figures, not measured survey data.
The assistant
The “Ask” assistant works out what your question means and then reads the answer from the same rate tables as the calculator. It cannot produce a peso figure of its own. It can still misunderstand a question — if an answer looks wrong, check it against the calculator or the toll matrix, and please tell us.
Not professional advice
Nothing here is financial, legal, tax or logistics advice. If a decision turns on exact costs — a freight quotation, a contract, a business case — confirm the figures with the operator before relying on them.
RFID accounts and plaza disputes
We cannot check, top up or troubleshoot an Easytrip or Autosweep account, reverse a charge, or resolve a dispute at a plaza. We have no access to any of it. Contact your RFID provider or the operator of that expressway directly.
Advertising and external links
This site carries third-party advertising and links to operator and government sites. We do not control that content, do not endorse it by linking to it, and are not responsible for it.
Tell us when we are wrong
A rate we have wrong is the most useful thing you can report. Send the expressway, the entry and exit, the vehicle class and what you were actually charged through the contact page. We check it against the published matrix, fix it if we are wrong, and record the change.
