These terms govern your use of tollcalculator.ph ("the site", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. What we provide

The site provides toll fee information and related calculators for Philippine expressways, free of charge and without registration. It is an informational reference, not a booking, payment or account-management service.

2. Accuracy and no warranty

We work hard to keep fares current and to state clearly where a figure is verified against an official source and where it is provisional. Even so, the site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Rates change by order of the Toll Regulatory Board, and operators may implement changes before we can reflect them. The amount charged at the toll plaza always prevails. Verify before relying on any figure for a decision that matters.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal and business trip planning, and you may link to any page. You may not:

  • scrape, harvest or bulk-copy our toll matrices or database
  • republish our compiled data as your own product or dataset
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site
  • use automated systems in a way that degrades service for other users

Individual toll rates are factual information and not owned by us. Our compilation, presentation, written guides and software are protected.

4. Embeddable calculator

We offer a free embeddable calculator widget. You may place it on any website, including commercial ones. You may not present it as your own product, charge for access to it, or alter it to misrepresent the fares shown. We ask that you keep the attribution link intact.

5. Intellectual property

The site name, logo, written content, design and code are ours or licensed to us. Amenity data shown near toll exits comes from OpenStreetMap contributors and is licensed under the ODbL; attribution appears wherever it is displayed.

6. Advertising and third-party links

The site may display advertising and link to third-party sites, including tollway operators and RFID providers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, practices or policies.

7. Independence

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Toll Regulatory Board, any tollway operator, Easytrip or Autosweep. We do not collect payments or process RFID transactions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, we are not liable for any loss or damage — including missed trips, insufficient RFID balance, penalties, or business losses — arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. The date above shows the last revision.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
