These terms cover your use of Toll Calculator Philippines. They are written to be read, not to be skipped — there is nothing buried in here.

What this service is

A free reference tool for Philippine expressway toll rates, with calculators for toll, fuel and multi-leg trips. There is no account, no subscription, and nothing to pay. We are an independent publisher, not a toll operator — see the disclaimer for what that means in practice.

Accuracy, and the one rule that overrides everything

We publish official rates and check them against operator advisories, but the fee charged at the toll plaza always prevails. Treat this site as planning information. For a trip where being wrong would cost you something, confirm with the operator.

We do not guarantee that every figure matches the plaza on a given day, that the site will be available, or that it is free of errors. It is provided as is.

How you may use it

• Read and use it — personally or for your business. Working out tolls for a delivery run or a client quote is exactly what it is for.
• Link to any page — freely, no permission needed, including deep links to a specific route.
• Embed the calculator — on any website, commercial or not, under the conditions below.
• Quote a figure — cite a fare in an article or a quotation, with a link back so readers can check it is current.

The embeddable widget

The calculator widget is free for any site, including commercial ones. In return:

• Do not present it as your own product, or remove its identity so it appears to be yours.
• Do not charge anyone for access to it, or put it behind a paywall.
• Keep the “Powered by” credit if you can. It is appreciated rather than required, and it is how other motorists find accurate rates.
• Do not alter the rates it shows. If it displays a figure, that figure must be ours.

We may withdraw the widget from a specific site if it is used to mislead people about tolls. That has never happened and we do not expect it to.

What we ask you not to do

• Bulk-scraping the rate tables. Copying the matrices wholesale to republish them as a dataset or a competing lookup is not permitted. The public endpoints are rate-limited — roughly 60 search requests and 12 assistant questions per minute — and those limits exist to keep the site up, not as a challenge to route around.
• Automated traffic that degrades the service for other people.
• Misrepresenting our figures — attributing a rate to us that we do not publish, or presenting an estimate as one of our published fares.
• Abusing the contact form or the assistant, including using them to send unlawful, threatening or bulk unsolicited content.

If you want the data at volume for a legitimate project, ask us on the contact page rather than scraping it. We would rather talk.

Who owns what

The toll rates themselves are public facts. They are set by the operators and approved by the Toll Regulatory Board, and we claim no ownership of them — nobody can.

What is ours is the work around them: the compilation and structure of the matrices, the written guides, the design, and the software. Please do not copy those wholesale. Quoting a figure with attribution is fine; lifting a guide is not.

The assistant and anything you send us

Questions typed into the assistant and messages sent through the contact form are stored — the privacy policy sets out exactly what and for how long. Do not put personal, confidential or sensitive information into either; neither needs anything about you to answer a toll question.

Advertising and third-party links

This site carries advertising and links to operator and government websites. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for it. An advertisement appearing here is not an endorsement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on this site — including a fare that turns out to differ at the plaza, an insufficient RFID balance, a missed booking, or a budget that came up short. The service is free and provided in good faith, and your remedy if it is wrong is to stop using it and tell us so we can fix it.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and availability

We may change these terms, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site. Material changes to these terms are reflected on this page and the date at the top is updated.

Governing law

This site is operated from and directed at the Philippines, and these terms are governed by Philippine law.
