The Toll Regulatory Board matrix for the Apolinario Mabini Super Highway, effective 1 July 2026, sets fares for all 21 plaza pairs. Sto. Tomas to Batangas City is PHP 121 for a Class 1 car. We do not hold the superseded matrix, so no before/after comparison is shown.
Full coverage for the first time
This matrix publishes fares for every pair on the tollway, including the intermediate exits at Tanauan, Malvar, Sto. Toribio and Ibaan. Three pairs we already held — Sto. Tomas to Lipa (PHP 64), Sto. Tomas to Batangas City (PHP 121) and Lipa to Batangas City (PHP 57) — match it exactly, confirming the schedule is current.
Why there is no before column
The only earlier STAR schedule available to us was from 2021, superseded several times since. Comparing 2026 fares against it would imply a single change that never happened, so we publish the current figures and leave the history blank until a verifiable prior matrix is available.
